The Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council welcomes individuals who are passionate about supporting and advancing women in the home building industry.

Participation in PWB provides valuable opportunities for leadership development, professional education, networking, and community involvement. Through engaging programs and events, members can build meaningful connections while contributing to the growth and success of the local building industry.

Applicants must be employed by a company that holds a membership in good standing with NIHBA in order to participate in the PWB Council. If your company is not currently a NIHBA Builder or Trade Partner Member, you can apply by using this application link.
